Nollywood actress Osas Ighodaro has voiced her concern about the alarming rate of inflation in Nigeria, which has significantly impacted the prices of commodities in the market.

In a recent interview with Pulse, she revealed that due to the high cost of living, N1 million would barely cover her expenses for a day. Osas Ighodaro is not alone in her concerns, as fellow celebrities like Mofe Duncan, Comedian Layi Wasabi, and others have also spoken out about the harsh effects of inflation on their personal finances.

The host asked: “How long will it take you to spend N1 million in this economy?”

Ighodaro replied: “How many seconds? You said seconds? Things are expensive. Maybe a day depending on what I am getting.”
