A 50-year-old herbalist, Kehinde Ganiyu, has been apprehended by the Osun State Police Command for the brutal murder of his Ghanaian friend, Emmanuel Collins.
Ganiyu allegedly slit Collins' throat to create ritual soap intended for internet fraudsters, known as 'Yahoo boys.' The incident occurred in Oba-Oke, Osun State, and Ganiyu was found with various incriminating items, including blood-stained knives, local charms, and ritual soap.
During a press briefing, Ganiyu confessed to the heinous crime, stating he killed Collins to make ritual soap. He explained that he usually prepared such rituals for Yahoo boys, but this time, he sourced the human part himself. Ganiyu expressed regret for his actions, having attended Collins' burial before being arrested due to suspicion and police investigation.
