In a series of tweets, Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, said he's preparing for a physical fight with Mark Zuckerberg, and the match will be streamed on his social media platform X.

He stated that all proceeds from the fight will go to charity, and that he's been weight training in preparation.

These tweets follow a recent dust-up between the two tech titans, which began when Zuckerberg made a comment about Musk's acquisition of Twitter.

Back in June, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg agreed to participate in a cage fight, and the stakes were raised in July when Zuckerberg's company Meta launched its new Twitter competitor, Threads.

On Sunday, Zuckerberg replied to Musk on Threads, questioning the reliability of the proposed platform and suggesting a different one that could raise money for charity.

He then reiterated his readiness to fight Musk, and suggested August 26 as a date, but said he's not holding his breath for confirmation.
