In a joyous display of gratitude, Governor Ademola Adeleke danced with unbridled enthusiasm at his thanksgiving service earlier today, reminiscent of the biblical King David's iconic moves.

The newly inaugurated governor of Osun State was joined by his nephew, the renowned musician David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.

As seen in videos circulating online, Governor Adeleke let loose, dancing with reckless abandon, much like King David did when the Ark of the Covenant was brought to Jerusalem (2 Samuel 6:14). 

The governor's infectious energy was matched by the lively atmosphere, with congregants and dignitaries alike clapping and cheering him on.

Davido, who was in attendance, couldn't help but beam with pride as he watched his uncle celebrate. 

The music superstar has been a vocal supporter of his uncle's political journey and was instrumental in rallying youth support during the gubernatorial campaign.

When asked about his uncle's dancing skills, Davido quipped, "My uncle's got moves! He's got the Davidic swag!"

Governor Adeleke's thanksgiving service was a testament to his commitment to faith and community.
