Turkish Super Lig outfit Trabzonspor are intensifying their efforts to sign in-form Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare from KRC Genk, according to DAILY POST.

Arokodare has been in scintillating form this season, scoring four goals in just three league appearances for Genk. His impressive performances have caught the attention of Trabzonspor, who are eager to bolster their attacking options.

"Tolu Arokodare is a talented young striker with immense potential," said a Trabzonspor source. "We believe he would be a valuable addition to our squad."

However, Genk are unwilling to let Arokodare go without a fight, demanding a hefty €10m transfer fee for the Nigerian international.

"We know Trabzonspor are interested, but we won't sell cheaply," said a Genk spokesperson. "Arokodare is a key player for us, and we'll only consider offers that meet our valuation."

As Trabzonspor continue to push for Arokodare's signature, it remains to be seen whether they'll meet Genk's steep asking price.
