Barcelona manager Hansi Flick remains optimistic despite a 2-1 loss to Monaco in the first leg of the 2024/2025 Champions League.

Flick acknowledged the challenges posed by key player Dani Olmo's injury and an early red card.

"We are stronger. Monaco won't find it easy at Camp Nou," Flick said in a post-match interview. "Our fans know that one of our key players, Dani Olmo, is injured, and we also received a red card in the early hours of the first half."

Flick's Barcelona had previously maintained an unbeaten record this season, making this loss a setback. 

However, the German tactician is focused on rallying his team for a comeback.

As Barcelona prepares for the rematch, Flick's words echo the team's resolve.

"We will analyze this game, learn from our mistakes, and come back stronger," Flick assured.

The return leg at Camp Nou promises to be intense, with Barcelona seeking redemption.
