Governor of Ondo State Rotimi Akeredolu, is scheduled to leave for Germany, on a medical vacation as he embarks on a quest to regain his health.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the governor's chief press secretary, Richard Olatunde, said that he will go back to the European nation to continue his medical care.
The acting governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, will take over as acting governor, Olatunde announced, adding that the governor, Akeredolu, had addressed a letter to the state House of Assembly regarding the matter.
