The Delta High Court in Effurun has approved an out-of-court settlement for Brownhill Investment Company and Davido, also known as Mr. David Adeleke. Justice Michael Obi of High Court Three, Effurun, praised both parties for resolving the matter amicably outside of court.
Brownhill Investment Company, owned by former NFF President Amaju Pinnick, had sued Davido and his music label for breach of contract regarding the 'Warri Again Concert'.
Both parties have agreed to settle out of court, with Davido scheduled to perform at the concert on October 4 as part of the settlement. This decision was seen as the best approach by both parties, avoiding the complexities of litigation.
