Wunmi, the widow of the late artist Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has stated that she is unaware of any pending DNA test order.

This statement follows the Chief Magistrate Court in Ikorodu, Lagos serving a court order by substitute means, which occurs when a defendant cannot be served personally with the processes within the jurisdiction of the Court.

After two unsuccessful attempts to serve her directly, the court instructed that she receive the notification through alternative methods. However, according to her lawyer, Taiwo Olawanle, Wunmi mentioned on Thursday, April 18, that she was unaware of the court’s directive.

“We don’t have the court order. If we have an order, we will advise her to adhere to it. That is not a problem. But we are not aware of any order,” Olawanle said.
