In Adamawa State, the police have arrested two men for vandalizing and stealing cables from a water treatment plant in Yola.

The incident occurred when police officers were on patrol near the water treatment plant, and they responded to a distress call from the plant's manager.

The two men, a 17-year-old and a 25-year-old, were charged with conspiring to damage the cables that supply power to the plant, causing the plant to shut down and water supply to be disrupted.

The suspects will be charged in court once the investigation is completed.
