Nollywood actress and producer, Adanma Luke, has condemned Director TC Okafor, also known as TC Virus, for exploiting Junior Pope’s death for publicity.

In a social media post, she expressed her disappointment, stating that it's true the director is using the tragedy for content. Adanma recounted an incident where TC Virus boasted to colleagues about entering the industry before Junior Pope and even claimed to have recommended him during his first audition, yet now Junior Pope is ahead of him in roles.

She highlighted the toxic envy and jealousy prevalent in the entertainment industry and expressed a hope that this incident would satisfy TC Virus's craving for stardom.

Responding to criticism blaming her for the tragedy, Adanma questioned the logic of holding her responsible for events beyond her control. She likened this blame to expecting a ticket-buyer to ensure passengers wear seat belts, emphasizing the unjust scapegoating she faced.

Adanma expressed her fear that her eventual death would only serve to satisfy the morbid curiosity of her detractors.
