A student from the Nigerian Tulip International College, Sochima David Chukwudi, has broken the record for the highest score in the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), with a score of 1590 out of 1600.

The SAT is an entrance exam that is widely used in the United States for college and university admissions. Chukwudi's score is higher than any previously recorded score by a Nigerian student, and is very rare overall.

Chukwudi stated that he prepared extensively for the exam and attributed his success to hard work and determination.
