Following the death of Mr. Alex Alichi, father of popular Nigerian actress Chizzy Alichi, scores of renowned nollywood actors were present to pay their last respect and to honor colleague in the industry.

Chizzy Alichi’s father was laid to rest on Friday, January 5th, in Enugu State.

Kanayo O Kanayo Rachael Okonkwo, Uju Okoli, Browny Igbokwe, Chiwetalu Agu, and Stanley Igboanugo were among those who attended her funeral in her hometown.

Kanayo O. Kanayo posted an Instagram video of the funeral reception, showing the moment he arrived at the location and exchanged greetings with coworkers and guests.

Chizzy Alichi greeted the legendary actor with a hearty hug upon his arrival in a touching scene. Chizzy knelt to express her gratitude for accepting her offer in a heartfelt gesture.

Kanayo was also seen meeting Chizzy’s spouse and liberally spraying bundles of cash while the actress danced with her father’s portrait in hand.
