Controversial OAP Daddy Freeze has addressed the recent Appeal Court decision that upheld a N5M fine imposed on him for an adulterous act with Benedicta Elechi, who was married to Paul Odekina at the time.

The High Court of Rivers State in Port Harcourt initially ordered Daddy Freeze to pay the fine on February 18, 2021. Dissatisfied with the judgment, Daddy Freeze appealed, but the Appeal Court dismissed his case and maintained the fine.

During his live show, He refuted the allegations of adultery, claiming they were false. He argued that he did not engage in any adulterous behavior with a married woman and criticized those who believed the court's ruling indicated his guilt.
