David Beckham has resolved his lawsuit against actor Mark Wahlberg's fitness company, F45.
In 2022, Beckham sued F45 for $10 million, claiming the company misled him with promises of millions for promoting their fitness-focused content on social media. The company, also sued by former NFL star Terrell Owens for similar reasons, called the lawsuit fraudulent and attempted to have it dismissed without success.
DB Ventures Limited, Beckham's company, released a statement expressing their satisfaction with the settlement and wishing F45 success in the future.
F45's CEO, Tom Dowd, stated that the company has long supported Beckham and is pleased they reached a mutual agreement.
As a sign of continued support, Beckham and his team will remain investors in F45, despite the recent legal issues.
