A heartbreaking incident has left a Nigerian couple distraught and seeking answers after their baby suffered severe injuries at a daycare center in Okota, Lagos.

"We took our baby to the daycare center, expecting a safe and nurturing environment. But what we got was a nightmare. When we picked up our child, we were horrified to see his face covered in bruises.

The owner of the school claimed that another child was responsible, but the doctors told us that the injuries were inflicted by an animal," the father said, his voice trembling with emotion.

The couple's distress was further compounded by the school's alleged attempts to cover up the incident. "The woman is using her wealth and influence to silence us.

“We have gone to the police, but she is trying to sweep this under the rug. We just want to know what happened to our baby and ensure that justice is served," the father pleaded.
