American actor and professional wrestler Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as The Rock, has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the most followed actor on TikTok, boasting 74.4 million followers.

The Rock surpassed fellow actor Will Smith, who had held the record since 2022, in this competition among American celebrity stars.

Guinness World Records noted that Johnson will have to "work hard to hold on to the title though, as the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star isn’t too far behind him." The Rock, who recently revived his wrestling career by returning to WWE, frequently shares behind-the-scenes glimpses of his life on his TikTok channel.

In addition to documenting his WWE return, The Rock posts videos of his gym workouts, surprising shoppers with hand-delivered Papatui skincare products, and his work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Will Smith, describing himself as the "Same kid from West Philly," also gives fans a peek into his exciting showbiz life.

"Recently, he’s been posting videos with his Bad Boys co-star Martin Lawrence as they return for a fourth installment in the franchise, Ride or Die," Guinness World Records reported.
