Actress Etinosa has offered advice to her fellow colleagues who are planning to appear on podcasts.

In a post shared on her Instagram Stories, Etinosa emphasized the importance of having a clear plan of what to say in order to avoid making statements that might require later apologies.

Her advice came shortly after her colleague, Yvonne Jegede, publicly apologized to May, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie, for her comments supporting his decision to take a second wife.

She said

If you know you no get strong mind, no go any podcast else your mind no touch ground. And if you must go, have a plan of what you will say there to avoid getting carried away and letting unfortunate things slip out that you have to apologize for cos those studios and colours are set up to ease your mind and you tend to loose guard without proper plan… meanwhile the podcast is counting their dollars and they didn't even pay you a dime. God forbid.
