Former CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele Arraigned in Court by the DSS:

On Tuesday, July 25, the Department of State Services (DSS) finally arraigned former Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele, in court, weeks after his detention.

The former governor had been in detention since

President Bola Tinubu suspended him last month.

He was arrested at his Lagos residence and flown to Abuja on a private jet. On Tuesday morning, he was brought to a Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos for his arraignment.b
