German football manager Julian Nagelsmann has been named the new head coach of the German national team, the DFB (Deutscher Fußball-Bund) announced today.

Nagelsmann, 35, most recently served as head coach of Bayern Munich, where he led the club to two Bundesliga titles and a UEFA Champions League final.

The announcement comes after Germany's disappointing performance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, where they failed to make it out of the group stage.

Nagelsmann will be tasked with revitalizing the team and leading them to success in future competitions.
