In a bid to enhance the security and professionalism of the Supernumerary Police, also known as Spy Police, the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has approved a standardized uniform and kits for the personnel.

This move is aimed at streamlining the operations of the Supernumerary Police and ensuring that they are easily identifiable and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

According to the IGP, "The introduction of a standardized uniform and kits for Supernumerary Police is a significant step towards enhancing the security and professionalism of our personnel.
