Jenna Ellis, a former lawyer for Donald Trump's 2020 presidential campaign, has pled guilty to charges of aiding and abetting false statements in a case related to allegations of election interference in Georgia.

Ellis appeared before a judge in Atlanta and was sentenced to five years of probation, with a $5,000 fine. She also delivered a tearful statement to the court, admitting her part in the allegations and expressing remorse for her actions.

The case is one of several that have been brought against members of Trump's legal team for their role in challenging the results of the 2020 election.
