In a recent video, Jude Engees Okoye, the eldest brother of the Okoye family and manager of the Afrobeat duo P Square, has clarified the ownership structure of the P Square brand.

Amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding the group, Jude Okoye revealed that he receives 40% of the proceeds, while Peter and Paul Okoye share the remaining 60% equally.

"I take 40% and Peter and Paul take 30% each from the proceeds of the P Square brand," Jude Okoye stated, accompanied by documents from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Musical Copyright Society of Nigeria (MCSN).

Jude Okoye's revelation aims to put to rest the speculation and misinformation surrounding the ownership and profit-sharing structure of the P Square brand. 

By sharing the official documents, he provides transparency and evidence of the agreed-upon percentages.

"It's time to set the record straight," Jude Okoye said. "I want to make it clear that this is the ownership structure we agreed upon, and I have the documents to prove it."

The clarification comes as a response to the ongoing feud within the Okoye family, with Peter and Paul Okoye (P Square) publicly expressing their grievances. 

Jude Okoye's statement provides insight into the business side of the P Square brand, showcasing the importance of clear agreements and transparency in partnerships.
