Justice Served: Two Men Found Guilty in Rapper PnB Rock's Murder Trial

The trial, which concluded recently, revealed shocking details of the deadly robbery that claimed the life of the 30-year-old rapper.

According to Rolling Stone, Trone was convicted of murder, robbery, and conspiracy for masterminding the fatal robbery at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles in Los Angeles on September 12, 2022.

The prosecution presented evidence that Trone armed his son and acted as the getaway driver, rejecting his defense claim that he was unaware of his son's actions.

PnB Rock's fiancée, Stephanie Sibounheuang, testified about the rapper's heroic efforts to save her during the attack, dispelling accusations that her social media post led the shooter to their location.

The jury concluded that the post played no role in the events leading up to the murder.

"We are relieved that justice has been served," said Sibounheuang. "PnB Rock was a loving father, son, and partner, and his life was senselessly taken from us."

The Philadelphia-born artist rose to fame in 2016 with his hit single "Selfish" and achieved crossover success with collaborations like Ed Sheeran's "Cross Me." His death shocked the hip-hop community, and this verdict brings some closure to his loved ones.

"PnB Rock's legacy will live on through his music," said his team. "We thank the jury for their verdict and hope that it brings some comfort to his family and fans."
