The sudden passing of Adzo Akpene Ahadzie, a 600-level Architecture student at KNUST, has sparked an outpouring of grief and tributes from her friends and classmates.

Adzo tragically lost her life in a bicycle accident on July 9, 2024, while riding to class. Her colleagues remembered her as an intelligent, hardworking, and beloved individual.

The College of Architecture and Built Environment expressed their condolences, saying her spirit and inspiration will continue to inspire them.

Friends from high school also shared their fond memories, recalling her leadership and intellect. An alumnus revealed that Adzo was preparing for a mock jury the day before her untimely death. The KNUST community comes together to mourn the loss of a bright and promising student.
