The Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Abiodun Alabi, is set to address the media on the recent arrest of popular social media commentator, Samuel Oluwaseun Lawrence, popularly known as Sam Larry.

The Lagos State Police Command announced that Mr Alabi will be holding a press conference on Monday, October 3 at 2pm at the Command's Headquarters, Ikeja.

Mr Larry was arrested by the police on Friday, September 29 over alleged false and malicious statements against a yet-to-be-named government official.
