President Buhari don commission 2nd Niger bridge:

As President Buhari dey perform at the function virtually, other stakeholders dey gathered at the Asaba end of the bridge to witness the history-making event.

President Buhari talk say the projects dey part of hin commitment to improve on infrastructural development in the country, create employment opportunities and enthrone sustainable economic transformation. He don reveal say the projects dey funded through loans and money wey dey recover from crime. He talk say most of the debt recorded by hin administration dey tied to infrastructure wey don direct impact on the growth of the nation.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the Anambra state governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, talk say the project go be a major economic game changer for the South East, South South and the entire Nigeria. He don commend President Buhari for delivering the second Niger Bridge and hin talk say the bridge don remain one of the major projects the South Eastern part of Nigeria has been agitating for. He talk say other projects need to fastrack development for the South East including railway, gas pipeline among others go dey presented to Buhari's successor.
