Earlier, it was reported that a staff member announced the school's closure for three days after a visit from the Minister for Women Affairs, Uju Kenedy-Ohanenye. The shutdown was confirmed by Kabiru Musa, the Public Relations Officer of the FCT Education Secretariat, in response to media inquiries.

It remains unclear whether the FCTA will investigate other private schools in the FCT where alleged cases of bullying have been reported. The school's head, Ogunkambi Abraham, stated that the management had initiated an investigation and set up a committee for a thorough inquiry, while another representative informed the Women’s Minister that the school would be closed for three days.

The videos that sparked the outrage were posted by a user @moooyeeee on Monday night, showing a female student being slapped by classmates. These videos, along with others showing similar incidents at the school, have elicited strong reactions from social media users.
