Dorothy Hoffner, the 104-year-old American woman who recently set the world record for being the oldest skydiver, has peacefully passed away in her Chicago home, according to The New York Times.

. Dorothy, who gained international recognition for her daring skydiving feat, made a tandem parachute jump at Skydive Chicago Airport on October 1, breaking the Guinness World Record for the oldest person to do so.
