The Red Devils has escaped the ordeal of Coventry after a 4-2 win in penalty Shootout.

It was an epic game as Manchester United who were leading 3goals to nil, later tracked down to their knee to draw the game 3-3 in the first 90mins.

Scott Mac Tominey who opened the scoreline in the 23rd minute of the game giving Manchester United the expected lead, few seconds to the end of the first half The Red Devil defender Harry Maguire doubles the lead 2-0.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes added his name on the scoreboard after making it 3-0 for his side.

Things turned around for the Red Devils as Coventry refused to give up on their ability to get back into the game with a wonderful strike by the midfielder Ellie Simms, in the 71st minute before Callum O’Hare makes it 2-3 in the 79th of the game. 

Manchester United who were trying to hold the lead in order to secure a win finally fall to the trap of Coventry to have a penalty leveling the game 3-3. 

Manchester United finally stood their ground to claim the FA Cup final spot after defeating Coventry in a penalty shootout 4-2. 

The Red Devils will be facing the citizens in the finals of the FA Cup as it turns out to be a Manchester derby.
