The Metalworkers Union (SINTMEL) has suspended a strike at Embraer's plant in São José dos Campos, Brazil, after reaching an agreement with the company.
The strike, which began on September 27, was called due to a dispute over a new collective bargaining agreement.
The agreement reached includes an increase in the minimum wage and other benefits for workers.
"We are satisfied with the result. It was a long and difficult negotiation, but we achieved a fair and balanced agreement for the workers," said the union's president, Waldir Leão.
