The Nigerian Air Force has confirmed that one of its aircraft has crashed in Niger State on Monday, August 14.

According to the Air Force, the aircraft was on a casualty evacuation mission when it went down in a village in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.

The aircraft had departed Zungeru Primary School en route to Kaduna when it crashed near Chukuba Village.
