Naira Marley, a popular Nigerian singer, has arrived in Lagos to assist in the investigation of the death of his former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as MohBad.

The singer tweeted about his arrival on Tuesday, adding that he would also be meeting with the police.

The death of MohBad has been shrouded in mystery, with many speculating that he was murdered. Naira Marley's involvement in the investigation is likely to shed more light on the circumstances surrounding MohBad's death.

He wrote, "I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole.

"I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail."
