Nollywood legend Pete Edochie has recounted a significant teaching on managing female admirers from Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Nigeria's inaugural president.

During a recent interview, Edochie was questioned about how he dealt with women who expressed interest in him during his time as a celebrity.

He recalled a conversation with Dr. Azikiwe upon the latter's return from America. Dr. Azikiwe inquired about Edochie's approach to dealing with married women who found him appealing.

According to the 77-year-old actor, the former Nigerian leader advised him to respond to women's advances as any other man of his age would.
