Police Clarify: VeryDarkMan Invited for Questioning, Not Arrested

According to spokesperson Josephine Adeh, VeryDarkMan was invited to answer questions regarding allegations of internet stalking, cyberbullying, and character defamation.

This clarification comes after activist Deji Adeyanju claimed that VeryDarkMan was arrested on orders from Police Commissioner Benneth Igweh for exposing a Nigerian who had allegedly scammed someone abroad. Adeyanju expressed surprise that the police chose to arrest VeryDarkMan instead of the alleged scammer.

The Authority command's statement aims to set the record straight, emphasizing that VeryDarkMan was not arrested but rather invited for questioning to investigate the allegations against him.
