The Cross River state police command has refuted claims that men's private parts are mysteriously disappearing in the city of Calabar.

In response to the rumours, the command's spokesperson, SP Irene Ugbo, assured the public that they have investigated the matter and found no evidence to support the claim.

“I want to say it here that the noise that some persons’ manhood has been disappearing in Calabar is not true. We have investigated the matter and found that there is nothing of such.
