Street pop artist Portable has revealed that he is deep in debt after being allegedly scammed by tour promoters in America.

In a video posted online, Portable shared his ordeal, stating that he was denied a US visa six times due to his poor English skills. Despite receiving payment of N3.6 million for the event, he was unable to perform as he was not granted a visa.

Portable claimed that the promoters demanded he pay over N20 million, despite only receiving a fraction of that amount. He revealed that he has already paid N18 million, leaving him in financial distress.

The controversial artist is now speaking out, seeking help to recover from the significant debt.
