Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, fresh from the G20 summit in India, will now travel to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to address the issue of the suspension of Emirates Airlines flights to Nigeria and the country's prohibition on visa issuance to Nigerians.

Tinubu is expected to meet with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and government officials to resolve the issues.
This comes as a result of Emirates Airline's suspension of flight operations to Nigeria last October, citing the country's inability to repatriate trapped funds as the reason for the suspension.
