Musician Sam Larry has filed a counter-petition against the late rapper Mohbad for breach of contract and defamation, in response to Mohbad's initial petition against Larry.

In his counter-petition, Larry accuses Mohbad of violating the terms of their contract by failing to perform at agreed events and promoting and advertising his songs on social media.

Larry also claims that Mohbad's public allegations of violence and threats made against him are false and defamatory.
