Big Brother Naija (BBN) graduate Samuel Jacob Alifa, popularly known as Sammie, has finally celebrated his graduation from university after being delayed by the strike action of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Sammie, who had previously been unable to graduate due to the strike, took to social media to share his joy at finally being able to don his academic gown and pick up his degree certificate.

"After the long ASUU strike, today I finally became a graduate," he wrote on his Instagram page, alongside photos of himself in his academic attire.

Sammie's graduation was met with an outpouring of support from his fans and other BBN graduates, who congratulated him on his achievement.

Many of them shared their own stories of how the ASUU strike had delayed their own graduation, and expressed happiness for Sammie. Some even called him an inspiration, saying that his perseverance through the difficult time was a testament to his strength of character.
