Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time from model Crystal McKinney, who alleges that he drugged and sexually assaulted her at his New York City studio in 2003.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney claims Combs provided her with alcohol and possibly marijuana laced with another substance, then forcibly made her perform oral sex in a bathroom. She states that she lost consciousness and later woke up in a taxi, realizing she had been assaulted.

This lawsuit is the latest in a series of allegations against Combs, who has faced seven lawsuits since his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and abuse last November. McKinney alleges that she met Combs at a Men's Fashion Week event, where he invited her to his studio, and that she was later blacklisted from the modeling industry and struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts after the incident.

Combs initially denied all accusations but issued an apology on May 19 after footage showed him assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016. Ventura's lawyers criticized the apology, saying it focused only on Combs' own actions and failed to acknowledge the harm caused to Ventura.
