An 11-year-old youth football player is facing a second-degree attempted murder charge after allegedly shooting two of his teammates during practice following an argument over a bag of chips.

The boy, whose name has not been released due to his age, is accused of grabbing a gun from an unlocked box in his mother's SUV and firing at a teammate, hitting him in the back. The bullet is believed to have then struck another youth in the arm.
The incident occurred at a youth football practice in Apopka, Florida, on Monday evening.
