A shocking and sad news has been reported that a senior police officer in Bayelsa state, ACP Oluseye Odunmbaku, died in his apartment.

The police spokesperson in Bayelsa, CSP Asinim Butswat, confirmed the death but did not go into details. Though there is not much information about the circumstances surrounding his death, many of his colleagues have been paying tribute to him.

They described him as a hardworking and dedicated officer who gave his all for the force and the protection of life and order. It is a loss for the community and a sad day for all who knew him.
