Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have killed six people and abducted several others in Tudun Doki village, located in Gwadabawa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.

The assailants reportedly attacked the village at approximately 1:30 am on Sallah day, Sunday, June 16, 2024.

Ahmed Rufa’i, the spokesperson for the Sokoto Police Command, confirmed the incident. He stated that six bodies have been recovered so far, but the number of abducted individuals remains unconfirmed.
