Tobi Amusan, a Nigerian athlete, has been cleared to participate in the upcoming World Championship in Budapest, Hungary.

Amusan's name was originally missing from the list of athletes released by the Athletics Federation of Nigeria, as she had been suspended by the Athletics Integrity Unit for missing three consecutive tests.

However, Amusan has now been given the all-clear to compete in the world championship, which is set to take place from August 19 to 27, 2023.

After appearing before the jury on August 10, 2023, Tobi Amusan was cleared to compete at the upcoming World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

Amusan will be hoping to continue the success of previous Nigerian athletes, who won one gold, five silver and five bronze medals at previous World Championships.
