Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has expressed concern for the welfare of musician Solidstar, offering financial support to the mentally disturbed singer.

Dikeh, who is also a singer, recalled how Solidstar was kind and selfless, never asking for payment or gifts even when he helped her with her music career.

She urged Solidstar's family and management to reach out to her so that she can provide financial support.

The actress' message came after the singer's family made a public plea for help, as they said Solidstar was dealing with mental health issues.

She wrote;

“How can I get through to Solid Star’s management or family? That’s my street blood, man. He was ready to sacrifice it all for me to do well musically. I just didn’t listen. Never asked for a penny, never accepted a gift, not even a hug. Such a selfless person. I’m hurting that he is still struggling despite having strong support. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks!”.

She also expressed gratitude to Solidstar and his team from the time she knew him. Stating, “First, I would like to say thank you to @officialsolidstar and his team back when I knew him. I am forever grateful.”
