Two women have filed a lawsuit against singer Trey Songz, accusing him of sexual assault and battery after allegedly passing out at a house party in August 2015.

The women claim they met Trey at a concert in June and were invited to an after-party, where they were pressured to drink from unsealed bottles. They claim they later went to Trey's home for his birthday party, and that's when the alleged assault and battery occurred.

They say they were forced to turn over their phones and give a password upon entering the home, and they woke up the next morning not knowing what had happened.
