Popular social media influencer, VeryDarkMan, recently took to his platform to address allegations surrounding Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, and respected human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN).

VeryDarkMan Clarifies Allegations Involving Bobrisky and Femi Falana (SAN)

The clarification came after rumors began circulating that VeryDarkMan had accused Falana of being involved in Bobrisky's legal issues.

The controversy began when Bobrisky, born Idris Okuneye, was sentenced to six months imprisonment for publicly using Nigeria's Naira notes inappropriately, which is a violation of the Central Bank Act.

However, according to VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky allegedly never served his sentence and was reportedly allowed to remain outside the correctional facility.

This led to speculation about potential legal manipulation or bribery in favor of Bobrisky’s release.

In his public statement, VeryDarkMan made it clear that he did not accuse Femi Falana, a prominent Senior Advocate of Nigeria, of any wrongdoing or involvement in the situation.

He said, "I did not defame Uncle Femi Falana (SAN) and I will never ever defame Uncle Femi Falana."

This assertion was aimed at shutting down the rumors and emphasizing that he holds Falana in high regard, acknowledging his integrity as a reputable lawyer and human rights activist.

The viral allegations sparked debates online, with many calling for a deeper investigation into the claims of bribery within the justice system.

Following the public backlash, VeryDarkMan reiterated his respect for Femi Falana, urging the public to refrain from jumping to conclusions without evidence.

This incident highlights the growing tension between online influencers and public figures, as social media continues to shape public perception of legal and social matters in Nigeria.
