Social media activist Verydarkman has lambasted South Africans for their racist behavior towards Nigerians, particularly in the recent Miss South Africa beauty pageant.

In a video posted on X, Verydarkman criticized South Africans for rejecting Chidimma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina, a Nigerian-South African contestant, and instead supporting Mia Le Roux, the eventual winner.

"We don't care. As long as it's not a Nigerian. We don't have any problems with any other race in SA besides yours. We don't want you and will never accept you as one of our own. Stop forcing yourselves on us," said Rorisang, a South African lady, in a statement that Verydarkman described as "racist" and "hypocritical".

Verydarkman argued that South Africans are quick to condemn racism from other countries but perpetuate it against their fellow black people. "South Africans are the major racists in Africa, chastising their fellow black people and supporting a white race in the Miss South Africa pageant," he said.

The activist questioned the logic behind rejecting Chidimma, a qualified contestant, in favor of Mia Le Roux. "What's wrong with having a Nigerian-South African represent South Africa? Is it not time to move beyond tribalism and racism?" he asked.

Verydarkman's video has sparked a heated debate about racism, identity, and inclusion in South Africa.
