President of Russia Vladimir Putin has reacted to the attack in Moscow few hours ago linking it to an incident that happened in India. 

The dictatorship President has urge the people of Russia to keep calm letting them know that he knows where the attack is coming from and he will visit them with death.

Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham ISIS who remains the prime suspect of the Moscow’s attack are now in a state of confusion knowing fully well that the Russian warlord will surely visit them and their accompanist in sue time.

President Putin who urge the citizens not to panic that his security personnel are working hard to know who sponsored the terrorist body  ISIS to attack the state capital.

Although the United State of America security unit warn the country few weeks ago to tighten their security system over impromptu attack.
